  • Composition/Structure analysis of ordinary chemical products
    We investigate the main components and additives in organic ordinary chemical products such as liquid detergents, solvents, and resins.
    (GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, CHN analyzer, XRD)
  • Admixed foreign matter analysis
    Regardless of material and form, such as polymer or metal, we extract foreign matter attached to products, and investigate the nature of its components. → Component information is useful when investigating the cause of deposition.
    (EPMA, FT-IR, FT-IR microscopy, SEM, XRF)
  • Impurity element and stain element analysis
    We quantify trace metal impurities in organic material (paper, oil, resin, etc.) and inorganic material (e.g., graphite, quartz). (ICP-MS, ICP-AES, FLAA, etc.) We also perform quantitative analysis (IC) of ions in liquids.
  • Property evaluation testing and component/structure analysis of macromolecular materials
    We conduct various tests specified by JIS such as polymer materials and films. Tests on polymer materials such as tensile test, bending test, Izod impact test and various tests, durability test, chemical resistance test, flame retardancy test, hygroscopicity test, molding etc. We analyze chemical composition / physical structure of polymer materials, additives in polymer materials, outgas of polymer materials, polymer composition such as elution components.I14

Application Examples

Analysis of pigments in printing ink
Using XRD, pyrolysis GC-MS (double shot method), FD-MS (Fig. 1), and FT-IR (Fig. 2), C. I. Pigment Blue 15 and C. I. Pigment Green 36 were analyzed.
