Evaluation of contamination in organic device manufacturing processes
Deposition and coating processes are used to form organic multi-layer thin films when manufacturing organic devices. However, device performance can vary depending on differences in coating equipment and manufacturing conditions. Evaluating and managing the state of contamination during coating processes is an effective way of improving device performance.
Based on our many years of expertise in evaluating trace amounts of contamination in semiconductor manufacturing environments, we provide services to evaluate trace amounts of contamination that are suited for manufacturing processes (such as deposition or coating) for organic devices.
Analysis Procedures/Application Examples
We prepare a clean substrate and expose to the process for a certain period of time to sample contaminants. We then select the optimal measurement method to evaluate contaminations attached to the substrate.
