The component information is helpful to investigate the causes of adhesion. (EPMA, FT-IR, μFT-IR, SEM and XRF)   Analysis of Elements of Impurities and Pollutants The quantities of trace metallic impurities in inorganic substances (paper, oil, resin, etc.) and inorganic substances (graphite, quartz, etc.) are determined.
